Last updated: March 2025
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of conduct required from all users of The Learned Care platform operated by The Learned Care Limited. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the platform to:
- Submit UK healthcare marketing content for advisory compliance analysis
- Review AI-generated compliance findings and suggested alternatives
- Manage compliance workflows and audit records within your organisation
- Export compliance reports for internal governance purposes
- Collaborate with team members within your approved organisation
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or intended to mislead regulatory bodies
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the compliance analysis outputs
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
- Use the platform in a way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data
- Use the platform as a substitute for qualified legal or regulatory advice
- Submit content on behalf of organisations that have not authorised you to do so
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform's software
4. Content Standards
All content submitted for compliance analysis must relate to genuine healthcare marketing materials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that submit content that appears designed to test or manipulate the AI system rather than for legitimate compliance review purposes.
5. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any content submitted to the platform does not include personal data that would require additional safeguards under UK GDPR without appropriate authorisation. Where content includes references to individuals, you must have a lawful basis for processing that data.
6. Platform Integrity
You must not introduce malicious code, viruses, or any content that could interfere with the operation of the platform. Any security vulnerabilities discovered should be reported responsibly to info@tlccompliance.co.uk rather than exploited.
7. Advisory Nature of Outputs
Platform outputs are advisory only. You must not present AI-generated compliance findings as definitive legal determinations or use them to make compliance decisions without appropriate human review by a qualified professional within your organisation. The Learned Care Limited accepts no liability for regulatory action taken against your organisation based on content that has been reviewed using the platform.
8. Enforcement
Breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and legal action for damages where applicable.
