    The platform was developed by a founder with direct experience working within UK healthcare environments and formal training in business strategy, digital marketing, and compliance-focused practice. This combined perspective informed the design of a system intended to help organisations identify potential regulatory risk in marketing content before publication and maintain clear, verifiable records of review decisions.

    Qualifications & Professional Development

    The founder holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sunderland and a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Marketing, alongside professional learning in healthcare data protection, compliance frameworks, and responsible communication standards.

    Development of The Learned Care platform has been guided by close examination of healthcare marketing requirements, regulatory communication expectations, and real-world review practices. The system is designed to support organisational oversight by providing structured analysis, documented review pathways, and audit-ready records — while leaving decision authority with the organisation.
