    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the compliance platform operated by The Learned Care Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

    2. Description of Services

    We provide AI-assisted healthcare marketing compliance software that analyses content against UK regulatory frameworks including the CAP Code, ASA guidelines, MHRA advertising rules, GDPR, and CMA consumer protection standards.

    Important: Our platform provides advisory analysis only. All compliance decisions require human review by qualified professionals within your organisation. Our services do not constitute legal advice, and The Learned Care Limited accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of platform outputs.

    3. User Accounts

    Access to the compliance tool requires an approved account. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • All activity that occurs under your account
    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
    • Ensuring all users within your organisation comply with these Terms

    4. Pilot Programme Terms

    Participation in our Founding Pilot Partner Programme is subject to:

    • Programme fees payable in accordance with agreed milestone schedules
    • Participation in structured evaluation activities and feedback sessions
    • Potential contribution to anonymised case-study outcomes (with your consent)
    • Compliance with the programme schedule and deliverable requirements

    Pilot fees are non-refundable once a milestone has been reached and the associated deliverable delivered. If you proceed to full platform deployment within 60 days of pilot completion, 100% of pilot fees paid will be credited toward your first-year subscription.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the platform to submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to deceive regulatory bodies.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property in the platform, including software, algorithms, design, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of The Learned Care Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for the purposes set out in your agreement with us.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Learned Care Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
