Implementation & Onboarding
A structured process for approved organisations joining the platform pilot or subscription programme. Access is controlled, and each stage must be completed before proceeding.
Application
Organisations must formally request participation in the platform through a structured application process. This includes submission of organisational details, intended use of the compliance tool, and identification of the designated compliance responsibility contact.
Access to the platform is not automatic. All applications are assessed individually to ensure alignment with the platform's purpose and operational requirements.
Approval
Each request is reviewed for suitability, scope of intended use, and data processing considerations relevant to the organisation's operating context.
Only organisations that meet the platform's acceptance criteria will proceed to the next stage. Organisations that do not meet the requirements will be notified with an explanation.
Agreement
Before any system access is granted, formal documentation must be completed and executed by authorised representatives of the organisation. This includes:
- Pilot service agreement or subscription terms
- Data processing agreement (DPA)
- Acceptable use policy acknowledgement
System access is granted only after all required agreements have been fully executed.
Setup
Following agreement execution, the organisation account is configured within the platform. This includes assignment of access permissions, establishment of governance parameters, and configuration of operational settings.
- Subscription tier and usage limits
- User roles and access permissions
- Data retention settings and audit preferences
Training
Approved organisations receive a structured orientation session prior to active use of the platform. This session covers:
- System purpose and intended scope of use
- Compliance review workflow and process
- Human decision responsibility and oversight requirements
- Data handling procedures and encryption safeguards
- Audit record management and retention policies
- Support procedures and escalation pathways
Activation
Upon completion of training, the organisation receives secure access credentials for all authorised users. An initial test review is completed to verify system familiarity and operational readiness.
Formal system use begins only after confirmation that the organisation is operationally prepared and all prerequisites have been satisfied.
Ongoing Support
Following activation, organisations receive continued support throughout the pilot or subscription period. This includes access to technical assistance, system monitoring, and periodic operational reviews to ensure the platform continues to meet the organisation's compliance requirements.
Platform usage is monitored to maintain service quality and to identify opportunities for process improvement. Organisations are encouraged to provide feedback to inform ongoing development.
